The bike-friendly paths around the area were smooth and well-maintained. The hotel provided a secure space for our bikes, which made things much easier.

Conveniently located near Bathhouse Row. Clean rooms and updated facilities, but the experience was marred by a lack of attention to cleanliness. The room was spacious, and the views from the 14th floor were stunning. Staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly Alyssa and Billy, who facilitated a smooth check-in. The free breakfast was well-thought-out, with excellent options, accommodating plant-based diets. the room had lingering issues - mold, a malfunctioning toilet, and noticeable dirt on surfaces. Elevators required patience, and their condition suggested neglect. With the right focus on cleanliness and maintenance, this place holds considerable potential for a truly enjoyable stay.

I enjoyed the hilarious elevator race every morning. The stuck shoes incident by the elevator made for an unforgettable experience. The breakfast, well, let's just say it was a good thing I had a hearty appetite!

The location was fantastic, right in downtown Hot Springs within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was clean and had a comfortable bed, a big window, and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, there were some issues that detracted from the overall experience. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with a dirty floor that required extra cleaning on my part. The bathroom amenities were lacking, as the dispensers were empty and there were only two towels provided. The noise from the adjoining room was also a nuisance, as it felt like the guests next door were in the same room. the hotel offered a hot breakfast which my husband enjoyed when he managed to make it down in time. The grill and bar at night were a nice touch, and we appreciated the comfortable bed and cool temperature in the room. The hotel's proximity to the convention center and downtown area was convenient for exploring the town. with some enhancements, this hotel could provide a more enjoyable stay.

The room was clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Blackout curtains effectively blocked out light. The hot shower was a highlight, with good water pressure. Temperature control worked well with the AC. I appreciated the large window providing a nice view. The TV was of good quality, adding to the entertainment. I noticed some lint on the floor, which was not addressed. The bathroom amenities were convenient, and the dispensers made for easy use. the noise level was surprisingly low despite the nearby action.
